DIffuse Thinning

OKay....i have tried to research this on the forums and online. i cannot find anything.

What exactly is it?

My hair is thinning all over my top head....back and front....i can still conceal it for the most part. Is this it? Sorry if this seems somewhat dense...but i honestly tried to research this and found zip.
