diffuse thinning

has anyone had good results from front thinning with the big three or just minoxidil alone,

im really just trying to thicken all the hairs i have in the front up(even the little tiny thin fuckers)
also im starting the initial shed on minoxidil, has anyone noticed this become very apparent to the eye???????
