Diffuse thinning/some receding, thoughts?

Over the past 2 years I feel like i have slowly noticed my hairline receding some and especially during the past 4 months some diffuse thinning. I'm ok with my current hairline and even the thickness of my hair (although thicker would be nice), so i'm mainly concerned with maintaining what i have. but who wouldn't love some regrowth right? I'm current 24, turning 25 soon if that helps anyone gauge this.

I have an older brother who is 28 who is further receded along than I am. Dad has a full head of hair. Mom's brother was NW5ish by end of college. I plan on getting an appointment with a dermatologist soon but I greatly apreciate any rec's from you guys!
