My hair has always been thin and fine since I was a kid, but I've recently noticed that the top of my scalp seems thinner and lighter if that makes sense than the sides and back of my head. Any advice, thoughts, opinions? Here's a few pics.

Norwood 2 with some diffuse thinning in the back, not bad at all. You might want to just try derma rolling, minoxidil and nizoral for a while, should see some gains. Has it looked like this for a while?

Hey thanks for the reply. Derma rolling? Never heard of that what's exactly is it ? I've recently started using nizoral about a week ago so I'll give it a few months, and see if I notice a difference. It's hard to say how long it's been like this cause I normally have my hair longer about an 8, but I noticed last year that I would run my hands thru my hair and the top would feel thin so I decided to shave it to see how it all looked.

Also known as microneedling, tiny needles that pierce your scalp, creating mini wounds whose healing brings new hair growth. Works especially well with minoxidil. Also research finasteride/Propecia, it's a serious drug so you'll have to make your own decision, but it would give you good results most likely.
