Is there anything currently out, or even in the pipeline, which helps diffuse thinning? Seems other than minoxidil there isn't much else, just preventive drugs (finasteride) and "spot fillers" like a hair transplant.
The options are very few unfortunately. But you should try them since there isn't much to pick from. Maybe you are one of those few people that responds to finasteride or minoxidil.
