Diffuse Thinning.depressed Over Hairloss.losing 50 Hairs Everyday

Male,24.I have been a diffuse thinner I think.i have been losing hair for over a year now.every one in my father's family had large foreheads so did I since I was young.no one went bald.my mother's father went bald when he was really old.other than that,no one.it started with 100 hairs a day and my sides started thinning out.i buzz cut my sides and i sought treatment and went ahead with 10% minoxidil. And dutasteride and several vitamins.i got very depressed at over the last few months it only worsened and even reached to a level of 100 to 250 hairs lost in a day from all over my head.but since the last four months it's has stabilised I think to a maximum of 60 hairs per day.my vitamin iron and dht levels are normal.i use sulphate free shampoo everyday after I oil my hair with a mixture of jaborandi and coconut oil.my doctor had also started meso therapy.the meso therapy went from twice a month to once a month now.my hair used to be parted from right to left but now I part it from left to right as it seems more natural.all this being said,i lose about 50 hairs on an average every day.even when I wake up in the morning and run my fingers through my hair for about 15 mins,i lose about 30-40 hairs every day.during shower I lose about 5-6.over the day the total comes to around 50 to 60.i am posting a few pictures below.please let me know if I should be worried.i am very depressed.
