Diffuse thinning and regrowth

i used steroids for a few years and induced a diffuse thinning pattern. my hair line in fine but its just like every other hair is missing so my hair looks light, its like one follicle unit is fine and then the one right next to it will be missing. I was curious if these follicles are dead or is there a good change for regrowth. the hair missing is more on the top of the head but its actually missing little chunks every where.


I use monoxidl and nizerol but not finasteride because i naturally have a low sex drive and thats what led me to use testosterone in the first place.

are you still on roids? it might well be the cause of your hair loss.

no i stopped and will never touch them again,it was a phaze of my life that i learned from. It defiantly is the cause of my hair loss. Im curious if im likely to see serious regrowth considering my hair line is intact.

there is a good chance the meds will help you recover some of your lost hair. I think roid was the cause of your hair loss, so you made the right decision of dropping it. I am not sure if you need finasteride, maybe you should visit your derm to find out.

minoxidil and Nizoral shampoo will help you regrow some of the hair, give em a try!

yeah well i have already seen some regrowth, i hope all the tiny hairs turn back into terminal healthy ones.

im guess im curious about dht and permanent damage to the follicle? is it possible for it to totally go back to the way it was before i ever used juice.

But you said diffuse thinning? so did you have thining on the back and sides of your hair too or just thin on the top? post a picture
