Diffuse Thinning 19 Y/o Annoyed And Shocked

Hello, I have recently noticed my hair has some bad diffused thinning. Not sure what to do because I feel like this has happened very rapidly. Got the same haircut at the beginning of the summer and noticed no thinning at all (used to have very thick hair) and now this. Thanks y’all, mostly just venting and frustrated.

go ask a doctor mate , it is hard to know if diffuse thinning is alopecia or some other health issue

What is your family history of baldness? You have the same hairloss as me our hair literally looks the exact same right now.
