Diffuse or no

This is my hair when wet. Is this diffuse thinning? When my hair is extremely wet, like right after a shower, I can kind of see through it. What do you guys think? Thanks

I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism and my hair is just getting worse on the treatment drug

Hair loss may or may not be caused because of the treatment drug. If, however, you're hair is thinning (i.e. diameter of the hair shafts is decreasing), then it is male pattern baldness and you should consider taking finasteride, sooner rather than later. In case of thinning it does not have to do anything with the sides of the treatment drug. The only condition that causes hair to thin, is male pattern baldness.

From that picture, it is impossible to tell whether you're suffering from male pattern baldness or something else.
