difference between DHT-stoppers and anti-androgens?

A DHT inhibitor reacts with the 5ar enzyme before testosterone does thus preventing some conversion of testosterone to DHT leaving you with extra free T. An anti-androgen suppresses a male characteristic hormone after that hormone has reacted with testosterone or even testosterone itself(usually used for feminization purposes).
