diff between distroying grafts and damaging them

does anyone here know what coud cause u to distroy a graft and what would cause one to be damaged? and


what would the outcome be of each?

I walked into my garage door 2 months after hving hair transplant, I ripped out a few grafts and bled very badly, now I have growth and I can see where I lost a few grafts as this area looks thinner, I am only 5 months in now so I will have to wait to see what the final outcome is.
