Did the price of proscar go up?

My copay for proscar used to be a flat $20 per month (for 7 pills, or 28 days). Yesterday I went to Walgreens for a refill, and it came to $30.09. Has this happened to anybody else?

The pharmacist explained that it might be that the price of pills is now lower than the copay, and so they just charge me the lesser of the two, which she suspects is the price of proscar. But for my copay to have gone from $20 to over $30 is ridiculous.

Or, your insurance company may have begun electronically rejecting coverage for your off-label use of Proscar.
