if we have dht pumping through our system at a high rate from the age of 14 or so ,why do we not start to go bald then,i mean i had not lost 1 hair to dht before the age of 25,so why start then and not earlier?

i think this is a question for college chemistry student

Some people do go bald right after puberty. My half-brother was one unfortunate victim - pretty much Norwood 7 by 21! male pattern baldness simply becomes more common with age.

no offense, but ccs knows jack sh*t

what the above post said, it has to do with then the androgen sensors start responding in an auto-immune type response that is male pattern baldness, it's genetically programmed for everyone to be different if you have it in terms of age / time
