DHT battle

Hello,

I would greatly appreciate any advice. I experienced side effects from finasteride and saw palmetto and will not go back to them. I stopped using finasteride and am now starting to lose more hair.

Currently my regime is :

Minidoxil
Zinc
Vit b
Hair multi vitamin
Flax seed
Green tea
Nourkin

What should I add now to help me? are there any very mild dht blockers or have you any other suggestions?

Topical spironolactone cream as DHT Blocker and/or a lower dosage of finasteride (.2 mg instead of 1mg).

Further suggestion would be Nizoral shampoo.

My question to you:

What kind of "Hair Multi Vitamin" do you use? What are the ingredients?

Thanks for that help - will go with the nizoral but cannot go near finasteride again.


The answer to your question is Holland and Barrett hair multi vitamin with a load of ingredients:Zinc, copper, nician, vit b .... cant rememeber the rest but will check it later
