Best full spectrum hormone test available? that covers prolactin, testosterone, estrogen dht igf insulin etc plus any other variable that's needed to get an overview? could anyone suggest other vaiables i should test for as related to hair ? also which type of test saliva or blood , any others? below is a list of ones that someone suggested. do i have to pay for test individually or is there a 'bulk' price'? what type of cost for all these?
