Desperate.. Cowlick Or male pattern baldness? Or Both :(

i dont have any shredding of hair or any sorts and i need haircuts every mnth.. im 22 this year.. my grandfather is bald and oddly out of 3 sons, only 1 is bald and that's my dad.. lately im noticing my frontal hairline and it seem to recede (or mature?? )... my mum mentioned since young i have two circular spirals on my head ... is it a double cowlick or balding patch?? im actually very paranoid right now... im constantly pulling my hair every few hours to ensure im not shredding and very stressed ..

You are balding my friend. Your frontal hairline is slowly receding. Bald Father have high chances of having a bald or balding son. So you are at risk.
Consult a good hair specialist and tell us your progress. Good luck
