Dermatologist Recommendation In New York City (manhattan)

I was wondering if you had any recommendations. I would like to see a hair loss specialist who is a dermatologist so it's covered through my health insurance. There are a few too notch liberal independent hair loss surgeons but they request $300-$500 and I already know I'm losing my hair.

A dermatologist or surgeon is just going to tell you to get on finasteride and minoxidil, save yourself that $500

Unless you are convinced you do not have androgenic alopecia, or your hair loss is coinciding with other symptoms, there is no point going to a dermatologist. This is coming from someone who has been to well-known experts in the field. Outside of finasteride, minoxidil, or the very costly PRP, there is nothing they can do for you.
