Dermarolling With Stemoxydine Only ?

I have seen good results with Dermarolling and stemoxidine.

I have not used minoxidil due to the sides, is it possible to get as good or similar results with stemoxdyine and dermarolling ?

Also just did my first role at 1.0mm depth today. not too bad !

just wonderig for cleanup.. do i wait some time for the small blood droplet to dry or just wash of strait away with salt and tap water mix ? or i am guessing better proper saline solution from chemist ?

Or should i way 30 min to 1 hour for the skin to seal keep all the goodies inside and then wipe off when fully dry scabs ?

Also how long to leave the dermaroller in the isopropy alchol and steradent denture cleaning tablets to bubble away all the blood after a hot water wash it first ? is 1 hour enough or over night ?

Anyway before dermarolling I desinfect 15/20 min in alcohol. After ,I rinse in hot water and again few minutes in alcohol. I obv always wash my hair (with nizoral) before dermarrolling. For scabs I wait the morning to wash gently but I think some guys immediately remove the few blood drops there can be. Dunno what is the best way.. maybe it’s important to let scabs dry, maybe not…
