I purchased a derma stamp the other day from https://www.hairIossrevolution.com/products. I'm trying to follow the study by doing a needle session once a week using a 1.5mm derma stamp/roller. I decided to purchase a stamp because of the odd bit of tangling of the hair that occurred with the roller.
The problem with the derma stamp is the adjustable spinner at the bottom doesn't seem to match the actual length of the needles. They felt noticeably shorter than my 1.5mm derma roller. When I stamped my head, not much was happening. I had to increase it to 2mm just to try and get some reddening of my scalp and even that felt too short.
I'm just wondering if any of you have this kind of derma stamp and have had the same problem. I did ask the guy who runs the site whether he can translate '1.5mm' for me, because quite clearly it is not accurate. I actually tried adjusting it to 0.5mm as well, and the needles don't even come out of the bottom!
