Erm, well, today is once again, Day One, for my Chewbaca Technique.
I was actually thinking about this today. Well, not THAT specifically, but the fact that my workload lately has been brutal, and I have been traveling a lot and eating like sh*t. I'm getting fat. I've been half-*** with the gym, and it is showng.
I have received a few nice monitary bonuses for my efforts, but I really need to get back into the groove of my good routine and I was starting today.
I hit the scale and I am up to 180 lbs. I'm 5'10", and have a very solid build so I don't look fat, (normally I look thin at 165 lbs) but it shows in a few places. This project I am working on ends on July 1, so hopefully after that some of the pressure will subside but I am not feeling healthy and need to get back to my lean and clean routine.
There, now that I typed it and recorded it, I am set to stick to it. Stress won't keep me from forgetting my fundamentals! I am not happy with the slide in my habits lately, I don't feel as energetic or confident lately.
