Dandruff, ItCHY SCalp

i have alot of dandruff , plus my hair itches like crazy, i have used nizoral , t-gel, none of them stopped it... Im currently on minoxidil :freaked:

Hey Wezz,

Perhaps you are sensitive to the PPG in the minoxidil. I suggest trying Dr Lee's, it has less PPG. It is item #500 at http://www.xandrox.com.

If that doesn't work, try his PPG-free minoxidil.

my keyboard is full of dandruff,


gardener : im on the 6th mark of minoxidil , my scalpe itches alot and lots of dandruff, 1-5 months were o.k with nothing but now i think some bad thing strucks. prob downfall :x

Wezz, don't get discouraged yet. Hang in there, and give Dr Lee's #500 at least a shot. It's only $16 a bottle, and if you order now it will be at your door in a few days tops.

thanks but i have like 3 packets of 4 mont supplies of generic, i will wait a little more see if the coaster go back up, if not ill order right away.

Your generic probably has shelf life good for another year or so. I would seriously considering trying the Dr Lees now, see if it brings your scalp back into equilibrium, then try restarting the generic, or perhaps you can sell it here to someone on HairLossTalk.com if you cover the shipping and give them a few bucks discount on the bottle price. If by using the Dr Lees you realize that you are sensitive to PPG, and I know you and you have been posting here for ages about your scalp sensitivity, then perhaps the waste of some of your initial investment in the generic would be well worth having a scalp that doesn't itch for the first time in a year. Don't suffer anymore, and try something that might help?

Erm, well, today is once again, Day One, for my Chewbaca Technique.

I was actually thinking about this today. Well, not THAT specifically, but the fact that my workload lately has been brutal, and I have been traveling a lot and eating like sh*t. I'm getting fat. I've been half-*** with the gym, and it is showng.

I have received a few nice monitary bonuses for my efforts, but I really need to get back into the groove of my good routine and I was starting today.

I hit the scale and I am up to 180 lbs. I'm 5'10", and have a very solid build so I don't look fat, (normally I look thin at 165 lbs) but it shows in a few places. This project I am working on ends on July 1, so hopefully after that some of the pressure will subside but I am not feeling healthy and need to get back to my lean and clean routine.

There, now that I typed it and recorded it, I am set to stick to it. Stress won't keep me from forgetting my fundamentals! I am not happy with the slide in my habits lately, I don't feel as energetic or confident lately.
