I'm 16 and I've noticed that I have dandruff and some red spots on my scalp. I think my hair is thinner especially on front and I'm starting to get worried. How could I get rid of dandruff and red spots (I have them on crown area, front temples and on top of hair. I don't know what caused it, maybe my scratching but it doesn't look the same everywhere (some of them look like rash, others like acne, others like small red dot. It's not very itchy. Could ketoconazole (1%) help?
