CVS HAIR REGROWTH TREATMENT EXTRA STRENGTH

Have anyone of you used CVS HAIR REGROWTH TREATMENT. It's 5% minoxidil. Basically proportions are the same as Rogaine EXTRA STRENGTH but CVS HAIR REGROWTH looks a little bit darker in color.
It's much cheaper than Rogaine. I'm wondering if it is as effective as Rogaine.

5% minoxidil is 5% minoxidil no matter what brand. I use a generic myself.
