cut proscar pills -help needed

hi all ,
i'm about to use proscar with is 5mg finasteride and i want to cut this to 8 or 10 pieces
my question is how do i do it ? pill cutter can cut this to 8 ? this is any other ways? (long sharp chef knifes) or something

just spend 5 bucks and get a pill splitter. makes cutting them a piece of cake. the one i got even has a storage container built into it. got it at rite-aid for 3.99. it takes me all of 10 seconds to split my proscar.
