Currently on Big 3 ... Thinking of Big 4

Currently i on Big 3 treatment for a few months and there had been slight improvement.
I heard abt adding Retin-A into the treatment for Big 4.
I quite interested in it.
But i do not know what the step and where to include Retin-A.
Any kind soul can teach me?

its supposed to help with the absorption of minoxidil. ive never used it and personally if i was already responding to it i wouldnt add retin-a. i might get on the spironolactone again.

one thing i can say about retin-a , i used it from the first minoxidil application for 1 year and three mounths ago i finish my retin supply and don't bother to get new supply because i didn't know if it's doing something for me.

now after three monuth hairline looks like sh*t so i got yesterday new supply and i will aplly it 2 hours before minoxidil 4 time a week
