I wonder how crushed aspirin would be for scalp irritation caused my inflamation? I wonder if it could somehow increase flood flow and circulation if absorbed by the scalp?

I have also heard of people using aspirin in their shampoo to give hair a good appearance.

Can anybody give some educated speculation, or any personal stories etc?

I take 81MG a day for heart related benefits.

If you want scalp anti inflammatory benefit, it seems to me that Nizoral or TGEL is the deal.

I very highly doubt that human skin would allow a substance as crushed and dissolved aspirin to pass through it in sufficient quantities to actually reach the bloodstream and do any good. Human skin is very effective at keeping sh*t OUT unless the substance you are introducing has skin-penetrating properties, such as alcohol, or the substance is small enough to molecularly be able to penetrate it.

Perhaps if you ground up an entire jar of aspirin and then soaked it in alcohol, you might have something.

Disclaimer: This is not a scientifically backed posting, just my personal hunch based on dermatology 101.
