Crown area thinning, will finasteride help?

I’ve been on finasteride for about 4 months now. Do you guys think I can regrow this area and fill it back up? I was on minoxidil before starting finasteride for almost a year but didn’t do much for me.

Try oral minoxidill. And continue with your finasteride for sure.

I don’t want to be on both if I’m honest with you, I’m 4 months in on finasteride, do you reckon another 4 months things will improve?

4 months is Early, give at least 6 to 8 months. Even if hair stays the same its a success. Maintenance is better than nothing. Get transplant if you want to fix the thin crown.
