Cream vs. Shampoo

Many men state they use nizoral shampoo, though i've hear of some using a ketoconazole cream. My questions is, since one is a cream is it not more effective than the shampoo? Because if you are using a shampoo don't the active ingredients wash out quickly when you are in the shower?

Good point I think so too! The active ingridients prolly was out much faster have less effect when used in shampoo..

I got the ketoderm cream 2% but the only problem is applying it throughout the whole scalp..
