http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ZMA_(supplement)

It is a combination of zinc, magnesium and vitmain b6 aimed at building muscle and raising strenght levels, its known to increase libido aswell.
However a study in 2004 showed that "
ZMA supplementation had no significant effects on total and free testosterone, IGF-1, growth hormone, cortisol, the ratio of cortisol to testosterone, or muscle and liver enzymes in response to training."

Anybody use it and could it cancel out finasteride and cause your hair to get worse?

Cheers

The claim is that Zinc and Vitamin B6 lower prolactin levels, and prolactin is known to stimulate 5alpha-reductase which could then increase DHT.

If the theory were true, then it would be GOOD to lower your prolactin levels since it could *apparently* have an effect on DHT.

Again, these are claims, I neither support them or condone them.
