Could this be from dutasteride?

I have been getting these small red pimples (well i think there some type of pimple) on my receding areas.
Could they be from dutasteride, i have tried many facial washes but none are working... Should i stop dutasteride? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated? Is dutasteride able to do this to my skin?
