Could someone answer these please?

1. Will propecia stop my receding hairline?

2. I heard that only 1mg propecia is enough to stop hair loss, is this true? Can I cut a 5mg pill into four pieces with a pill cutter to make four 1.25mg pieces?

3. Is it safe to take propecia at 19?

I heard it can be dangerous to use it if you are under 21. I need to start now as it will be too late if I start at 21.

1.. Potentially.. Nobody could say for sure, but it's the best medication for hair loss out there.. easily.
2.. People have had success with low doses taken every other day or every third day.. Yes you can cut the pill.
3.. That's something you'll have to evaluate for yourself.. 19 is young.. I would think a lower than recommended dose on an every 3rd day type of routine could be a "God send"
