My hair loss initially started at the crown and has been relatively stable with the use of finasteride and minoxidil. I have never been bald rather suffered from thinning hair. It appears that the thinning hair is starting to spread across the middle/top of my head.
It appears I have two choices;
a) start applying minoxidil to the top of my head rather than just the crown
b) add a stronger 5AR inhibitor
I don't want it to get to a point where im applying minoxidil to the whole of my head but if that what it takes then so be it.
Does anybody have any advice?
