Could Demodex Mites Be Causing Your Hair Thinning?

Has anyone heard of Demodex Mites?

I've been suffering from diffuse thinning for nearly 2 years now but never accepted it was male pattern baldness as I have a twin brother who is seeing no signs of hair loss or thinning.

The thinning started roughly 3 months (or when I noticed it) after I moved into our new rental as I tend to sleep on the floor of my sons room. It's a very dusty house and I wonder is the thinning coming from Demodex mites which live in the hair follicles and I'm told can easily cause this problem. It seems very likely.

I wonder how many others dealing with all over thinning are experiencing it for the same reasons but never even told to look into these little pests causing the problem. From what my doctor said, it's VERY likely.

As far as I know that's true, demodex can cause hair loss/thinnig.
There are a lot of article about this, just search in Google.
