Could Another Reason Cause My Hair Loss In The Crown?

Well, its not normal in my family lost hair, but i am not the case,
I feel the area of the crown of the scalp tense and the hair stiff and tight and sensitive and it is the only zone in which I have lost hair
on the other hand I am having bad circulation,
can there be other causes for hair loss?
what do you recommend?
