I know the answer is probably NO, but I still wish to ask to be mind free

I have male pattern hair loss and I had hair cut today, there is a part on my front head

where hair doesn't lose but it is not the side or back, I believe it is a part insusceptible to DHT

attack, the salon guy shaved this part of hair away, instead of using scissor,

immediately afterwards I found that there was like allergic happening on this part, like rash,

probably due to the unclean razor. I am fine now but it is hurt mildly, probably there are also a

slight cut on the skin....

I'd like to know if it would damage my hair follicle and cause permanent hair loss?

Is DHT the only known cause for damaging hair follicle??
