Correlation Probability Of Side Effects And Dht Levels

Hi,
I was wondering why some people get side effects from finasteride and after I made some research on this forum, it could be that those people have low DHT levels. This makes sense actually because if the majority of finasteride users have no side effects, that's because people with normal or high DHT are way more common than people with low DHT levels. Now I wanted to ask you if this could be true. Did anybody experience side effects and get his DHT levels checked (before starting with the drug obviously) ?

A while ago i spoke to a very clued up Bodybuilder who is also in a medical field of some sort who was telling me how finasteride acts on Gaba A pathways that not only affects DHT but fucks with your Neurosteroids as well. When this happens it can leave some people feeling pretty low and suppressed. He also said when you come off of finasteride your DHT can bounce back pretty quickly but your Neurosteroids can take quite a while.
