Copper vs Zinc

Your hair needs copper, your hair needs zinc. zinc and copper hate each other. how do we get around this? which one is more important?

Anyway, your hair need zinc and copper in your body, not applied topically, i believe. When Sam says they "hate each other" i think he's referring to how they compete for absorbtion in your body, not applied topically like zix/copper peptides. Copper peptides are something different to ordinary copper anyway, no?
