I doubt they do that to any significant degree, despite what Dr. Pickart says.

The hairline can be tough to hold ground so I use spironolactone on my hairline now and then to make myself feel better and that I am doing something about it etc etc.

Supplements I don't really believe in or use anymore. It's dumb. Just use the big 3 and if you are still losing ground add in some other anti androgen such as spironolactone on the hairline or wherever. Thats what I do pretty much. I only use minoxidil once a day since it kinda makes my hair bad.
