well i have not posted for a while, wanted to get my head right. The hair is now getting into the stage were my crown is starting to show all my mid vertex is really thin and the forelock that was strong is now thin, diffuse thinning is the most evil thing god put on this earth bexcause it is very hard to notice almost until it is too late, any way will continue with my regimen of propecia(fincar) and regaine in defintley well at least for the next year but i know they are failing me been on them 6 months now and was on avodart for 12 months before that and they cannot even be slowing it down.

my zest for life as gone with my hair,i know too many people that hair is just hair but to me it was who i was and made me feel good, now i have no confidence and feel past it at 28.
wish things were differnt but they are not and will never change now forever

Why you were not consistent, why? I feel sorry for you.

Have you consider a diet free of fat and meat? What's you diet BTW...

Diet free of fat and meat? Are you f*****g nuts? Humans need fat.

And as far as the original topic goes... sh*t happens, Antonio666. You're not even that young to lose your hair, there are loads of us who are a couple of years younger than you and deal with the same situation as you.

No wonder you're depressed if you don't eat fat.

dude i'm 26 and my hair loss is advancing rapidly. Clearing out some old cd's I stumbled across a photo album on cd from 3 years ago and there was me full flowing locks spiked up with blonde tips and if i'm honest I gotta say I was little gutted. But I quickly realised no amount of self torturing would bring back my hair (This took me a good few months to come to terms with initially), there's not a prayer or lucky charm out there.

Even the so called 'treatments' can be a total (expensive) waste of money. So just get out the clippers and enjoy the fact that you don't have to spend ages styling every flick of hair, you don't have to spend money on gels etc...

Sounds corny mate but speaking from personal experience the sooner you accept who you are hair or not, you'll be happy again. Gotta say, the less of a deal you make of it to yourself the less you will feel it is a big deal to others!

Best wishes!

Yea you've got 10 years on me mate, It does suck but ah I don't know, I feel stupid everytime I get down because of my hairloss...I mean it changes nothing, My feelings toward the situation are irrelevant on how it progresses, So I try not to bother wasting my time with it.
