constant frontal shedding from rogaine? 2 yrs.

Hi, my first question on here: I´ve been using recrea forte 5% for two years, which is what they sell instead of rogaine in my country (my doctor said it was the same company, different name). I notice a lot less hair shedding during the day and night, but it seems that every time I apply it (I apply all over my scalp), I always shed a lot in front. It´s been like that the whole time, and I´ve thinned a lot all over. Could I be having a reaction to minoxidil? or maybe to the rubbing of alcohol on my scalp? any help appreciated
