Consistency of minoxidil in the bottle (oral minoxidil)

I take "oral minxodil" via the method of drinking drops of kirkland solution

I have noticed that in the last month I lack hallmark signs of hypertrichosis like very hairy knuckles and hands

Could this be that minoxidil is not evenly spread throughout the solution and most recently I've just been drinking drops of water?
