Considering propecia- gyno really freaking me out

I think this side effect is the most concerning for me. Im fine with a decrease in libido or some watery semen- but man boobs I cannot deal with. I am a very muscular guy with fairly low Body fat but i have always had a larger chest/nipples. I work out so it looks good but if I wasn't too or if it was to get bigger it wouldn't be a good look. Can anybody provide studies or some objective data regarding gyno in finasteride users?

Does gyno just happen without any other indication suck as pain? I thought gyno usually started with some kind of pain in or around the nipple.

I'd like to hear more on This as this is my biggest concern and I really need to decide soon here if I'm getting on finasteride- any studies or any data regarding gyno with finasteride use?

Gyno is a rare side, unless you have minor gyno or puffy nipples, then I wouldn't worry about it. If you happen to start feeling nipple pain then get off of finasteride asap

Gyno was something I worried about the first day taking finasteride but not an issue at all years later.
