considering finasteride at 17 years or 18 years

currently 17 years of age with bad diffuse thinning. Currently on minoxidil ( 5 months) and topical spironolactone (3 weeks)

i have one year left of HS should i try a buzz cut or grow it out, or take finasteride

It's ultimately up to your doctor. One thing you want to be sure of is that you are 100% done with puberty. Some guys don't hit it until later (like 15 or 16) and it can take a few years to complete. At what age did you hit puberty?

haha imm idk i started masturbating at like `13-14. so maybe around then, i bodybuild and weigh 190lbs and 6ft tall )

however i dont think i can use finasteride because its like 90$ a month in australia efF DAT

You can get a script for generic 5mg finasteride (dose for prostatic hypertrophy), cut them in 1/4, and take 1.25mg daily... That simple move cuts the cost by 1/4.
