Confusion About Nizoral And Minoxidil

I remember seeing somewhere that you're supposed to skip minoxidil on days you use nizoral for so many hours afterwards for some reason or another. Can someone explain how this is supposed to go? I can't find where I saw it, but I know I did.

I have never followed this rule. Maybe you don’t want to user minoxidil immediately after nizoral so that the latter has time to work on your scalp.

Or maybe you are referring to minoxidil after _dermarolling_?

I'm referring to some reason why you shouldn't apply minoxidil right after nizoral.

I don't follow that rule when I derma-roll. Minoxidil goes right on afterwards.

I have a feeling it has to do with competing for absorption or that one somehow offsets the other. I really dont want to spread misinformation but I thought it was the norm not to apply them together.
