Well I went to a hair transplant clinic for a miniaturization test, the doctor saw me with the microscope and told me that it is normal for my age to have a mature hairline and that I should not worry about it, she told me that Im not losing hair in the hairline. Then she checked my crown and upper part of my head with the microscope and she told me that Im not losing hair at the moment, that Im fine. A week later I went for a second opinion to another hair transplant clinic and the doctor that checked my hair said that I need to take propecia because my hair was thinning in the upper part. Now I dont now which one of the two doctors to believe. I always had very fine hair and I always had that cowlick that shows in the pictures. What should I do?

I mean if your hair was always like that then you never really lost any. You have pictures in 3 or 6 months take new ones in same light and compare to see if it worse. If you see miniaturized hairs that used to be normal full hairs then your losing it. I think the person losing hair knows better then anyone else generally and knows before anyone else ever notices it.

I took another miniaturization test and the doctor told me that I have nothing to worry about, that my hair is fine.
