I have naturally fine hair, and have noticed some thinning [cul-de-sacs] as of late.
I also have very oily skin [every morning when i wake up my hair is -very- oily] and I sweat a lot.
From the research I've done on here it appears i have a high production of sebum [unless my oily hair in the morning is due to heavy sweating while i sleep?]
Thus, I am thinking for starters i should look into an anti sebum shampoo such as Nizarol 3x a week, and that "Nioxin Clean Control" [ http://www.nioxin.com/en/products/inten ... ol?xPos=54 ] between uses.
My question is, with naturally -fine-, oily skin/hair, should i even bother with a conditioner? Or is conditioner a must when using a harsh shampoo like Nizarol? Also, is using both Nizoral and another anti sebum shampoo like Nixoxin Clean Control ok to combine? Or might it be too harsh?
Thanks guys! :]
p.s, does the Nioxin Follicle Booster work at all? [ http://www.nioxin.com/en/products/inten ... er?xPos=54 ]
