I have a question about DHT in the scalp.
1. Does DHT build up, harden and stay there?
2. Does DHT thin out or die off as follicule cells die and regenerate?
3. Is it possible that by inhibiting DHT internally and topically, that the follicle can begin to regrow?
It would seem that once follicules are hardened and cut off from the blood supply that it would be no longer possible to regrow hair, but as we all know it does happen with some of us.
Any articles or thoughts?
