Coming back for social support.

Hello everyone.

The last time I came around here was over two months ago. I noticed that I was losing my hair this past May and things have been going down hill since then. I've only been using Rogaine and it has helped somewhat but not so much. I'm an NW2.5 coming close to NW3 very soon. I have very bad shedding and it gets very frustrating and discouraging when I'm at school and I see hairs on my desk. Everywhere I go I see my hair strands. I'm shedding like there is no tomorrow. I grew out my hair so my hair loss is not noticeable. In fact, some of my friends think that I am a hypochondriac for thinking that I am losing my hair (which I take as a great compliment).

I have a couple of questions for anyone who would be willing to hear me out:

1. I want to work out. I have been wanting to work out since May but lost my motivation ever since I started losing my hair. I hear that working out makes your hair fall faster, is that true?

2. I don't have money to get Propecia but I am considering getting Nizoral shampoo. Does Nizoral shampoo have any bad side effects? If not, where can I get some?

3. I am not a lucky guy but I will ask this anyways. I have been homeless for 2 years and have not eaten properly since then. I don't get any social support as I don't have too many friends..or any. I have stressed a lot in these past 2 years. I have wondered that if I were to take care of myself, eat properly, and exercise, could this possibly bring back my hair? What do you all think?

Thank you and I hope you all have a great day.

A year's supply of proscar would work out way cheaper than nizoral. If you have money for minoxidil and nizoral, the you have money for propecia. Propecia is the most important of the three drugs anyway.

@GoldenMane Yeah....That's what I keep hearing. Finasteride is the only way.

@Amigoingbald Thanks man. I guess I needed the encouragement. My muscles have atrophied to the point where I can't even do ten push ups anymore.
