Come On Finasteride, Where Are The Benefits?

Coming up to 8 months on finasteride and it's starting to get to me that I've not seen any improvement in my hair, it's really frustrating as most seem to see at least something slightly positive within 6 months of taking it.

I'll give it a full year (maybe 18 months) but if nothing comes of it then I may try Dutas instead.

Sorry just needed to vent my lack of patience haha

I'm coming up on or slightly past the two year mark and I continue to see gradual improvement or it could be the minoxidil..I saw no results over a year except no hair would fall out then gradual regrowth

I'm coming up on 8 months as well. 1.25 mg a day.

Within the past 4-6 weeks I've noticed a bit of thickening. I've also atleast maintained on the crown. Maybe some improvement there. (Was never that bad, started finasteride when I noticed the thinning on crown).

However, my hairline has continued to get DESTROYED.

Best of luck to you. Hopefully you're atleast maintaining. Remember, Finasteride stops the loss and possibly improves. minoxidil is what you gotta take if you want the regrowth.

it must be in your head brah.. finasteride regrows hair in 99.999999999999999999999999999999% of people.
