What could I be doing right? Color fading with this system looks natural: it's turning a little bit lighter, yellower just like natural brown hair with sun. With other systems it has turned a little bit red.
I've been using Nivea's 2€ conditioner for colored hair twice a week, Hairdirect's Protouch leave-in conditioner (also the cheapest one from their website), when that leave-in ran out I continued with Nearly Natural Moisture Mist for a few months, been shampooing with a mild shampoo once a week. Almost always wearing hats outside. Lately though I spent a few days under Egyptian sun, so that should have destroyed it, but it just made it look like bleached from the sun.
What could I be doing right? This is a perfect result. The match is not good, but it still looks natural.
Pics are from a different unit I was to Egyptian sun with, but it's not that much different I think. We had summer here as well.
