Cold Laser Therapy after Hair Transplant

I am having my 2nd session on Wed (2300 grafts) with Norwood & Lehr in Oklahoma City.

My question is cold laser therapy. Not the cracker box Laser Comb or other LED, SLD, Laser gimics.

I work in the medical industry, and handle all the marketing for the FDA Approved Microlight ML830 Cold Laser. We never claim it does anything for growing hair, but it is the top laser on the market for wound healing and increasing blood circulation, etc.... Penetration depth is about 5cm, etc..

So my quesiton is should I use the laser after surgery to speed up the healing process? Will the increased healing speed, hurt the newly planted grafts.

I know a few hair places use those domed looking machines (like women use to dry rollers, etc..). But I think they are either LEDS (light emitting diodes) or some weak laser diode. The ML830 is a 90mw laser at the 830 nm spectrum.

Thank you
Rob
